How Does A Pawnshop Work?
When a customer receives a pawn loan, they leave an item of agreed upon value, as collateral in exchange for their short term cash needs. The item remains in the store until the customer repays the original loan amount plus applicable fees (interest), at which time the item is returned.
I need a loan. What do I need to bring with me?
That’s simple. Just bring a valid, US Government issued, picture ID or Drivers License, and the item you want to borrow money on.
What kinds of items do you accept?
Gold, Diamonds, Fine Gold Watches, TV’s, DVD Players, Stereos, Camera’s, iPads, iPods, Musical Instruments, computers, games and game systems, tools, and many other kinds of valuables. As long as an item is in good condition and includes all attachments for operation, there’s a good chance we’ll considerate it for a loan. Please be sure to bring all remotes, cables, attachments, and anything else necessary to operate the item.
How much can I get for my valuables?
Loan amounts depend on the market value and condition of the item.
Is my item going to be safe?
Most definitely. Will Jewelry and Loan uses surveillance cameras, alarms, and safes along with meticulous record keeping, to help insure that your valuables are safe.
What are the terms of my loan?
30 days. If you need more time, just pay the interest owed, and we’ll gladly extend your loan another 30 days. No questioned asked. You may renew your loan as many times as you wish.
How much will it cost to get my things back?
That is a simple matter of interest. It’s broken down for you, in easy to understand terms and printed on your ticket. Just the interest accrued plus the initial amount of the loan.
Can I call you on the phone to get info about my loan?
Yes, and No. Because we take your confidentiality very seriously, we will only give you the date that the item is due, and the amount due. Nothing more.
Can Anyone Else Pick Up My Pawn?
Anyone in possession of the original signed pawn ticket may pick up the merchandise loaned on.
What if I lose my ticket?!
Don’t panic!!! As long as you have your valid, government issued picture ID you’ll be able to redeem your items, no problem.
